This sample excludes a portion of subjects that have been included with the first acquisition (EEG: First Episode Psychosis vs. Control Resting Task 1), since they were collected using the same montage.\r\nThe subjects that have been excluded here and are included in Task 1 are: sub-2140A, sub-2170A, sub-2174A, sub-2176A, sub-2177A, sub-2184A, sub-2193A, sub-2214A, sub-2217A, sub-2221A.\r\n\r\nThe phenotype directory contains clinical assessment results and data divided by type for all subjects. The assessment results were categorized as follows:\r\nBPRS - Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale,\r\nSANS - Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms,\r\nSAPS - Scale for Assessment of Positive Symptoms,\r\nGAFGAS - Global Assessment of Functioning,\r\nSFS - Social Functioning Scale,\r\nMATRICS - MATRICS Consensus Cognitive Battery,\r\nWASI - Wechsler Abbreviated Scale of Intelligence, \r\nHollingshead - Hollingshead Four-Factor Index of Socioeconomic Status,\r\nMedications - Chlorpromazine equivalency of prescribed medication at time of EEG scan.\r\nValues/scores that were not collected and questions without given responses are denoted by n/a.","bids_version":"v1.6.0","sessions_count":null,"publish_date":null,"embedding_dirty":0,"license_tier":"public","zarr_status":"failed","zarr_converted_at":null,"zarr_store_count":null,"zarr_index_etag":null,"zarr_source_commit":null,"archive_status":"ready","archive_size":6839330466,"archive_retry_count":0,"records_status":"ready","archive_skip_reason":null,"zarr_errors":61,"zarr_failure_count":60,"zarr_deterministic":0,"zarr_failed_at":"2026-09-08 15:03:54","num_dataset_citations":10,"num_datapaper_citations":0,"n_channels":61,"electrode_system":"10-10","has_hed":0,"hed_version":null,"is_exemplar":0,"bytes_present":13466351372,"data_complete":1,"withdrawn_at":null,"withdrawn_reason":null,"archive_complete":null,"archive_absent_files":null,"archive_declared_files":null,"zarr_pool_breaks":0,"total_recording_duration":null,"recording_duration_min":null,"recording_duration_max":null,"recording_count":null,"recordings_unavailable":null,"recordings_measured":null,"channel_count_min":null,"channel_count_max":null,"sampling_frequency":1000,"power_line_frequency":60,"eeg_reference":"TP9","placement_scheme":null,"sweep_stamps":"{\"enrichment_updated_at\":\"2026-06-22 22:39:20\",\"metadata_updated_at\":\"2026-06-22 22:39:30\",\"archive_checked_at\":\"2026-06-22 22:45:01\",\"zarr_checked_at\":null,\"records_checked_at\":\"2026-06-22 22:40:34\",\"citations_updated_at\":\"2026-09-08 03:00:49\",\"channel_montage_checked_at\":\"2026-06-28 23:17:26\",\"hed_checked_at\":\"2026-06-30 04:49:35\",\"data_checked_at\":\"2026-08-04 03:00:29\",\"availability_report_at\":\"2026-07-23 01:16:00\",\"recording_stats_at\":null,\"signal_defaults_at\":\"2026-09-02 12:05:13\"}","participants":61,"num_citations":10,"latest_version":"v1.0.0","zarr_verify_status":null,"zarr_verified_at":null,"owner_username":"nemarAdmin","owner_github":"nemarAdmin","file_size_formatted":"12.54 GB","zarr_data_failures":{"count":60,"detail_ref":"zarr/index.json","pending":1,"discovered":61},"zarr_index_url":null,"attestation_deposit_type":null,"attestation_key_status":null,"attestation_deidentified":null,"attestation_no_duplicate":null,"attestation_upstream_source":null,"attestation_accepted_at":null}}
